Unless otherwise indicated, the platform "BookNota Tech" and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks and logos contained therein are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us.
The Comparison Guides, Technical Matchups, and Methodology Reviews provided are created for educational purposes. Users are granted a limited license to access and use the site for personal, non-commercial research. Any structural replication of our machine learning comparison matrices without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.
User Conduct Protocol
By accessing the Learning Hub, you agree not to:

BookNota Tech serves as a neutral educational resource. The information provided regarding supervised and unsupervised machine learning models is based on foundational statistical principles and theoretical constraints.
We do not provide specific software endorsements. Claims regarding algorithm performance are based on theoretical constraints, not real-time benchmarks.
Informational Accuracy
While we strive for pedagogical accuracy, the evolving landscape of artificial intelligence means methodologies shift rapidly. BookNota Tech makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee, express or implied, regarding the currency or completeness of technical methodology notes.
Verification against foundational computer science literature and cross-referencing theoretical models with practical use-case boundaries remains the responsibility of the learner.

These Terms of Service and your use of the site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
